Eligibility for Refund

Refunds may be issued if:

  • The service was not delivered

  • The issue was not resolved after reasonable troubleshooting

  • A technical limitation prevented service completion

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided if:

  • The issue is caused by hardware damage

  • Incorrect information was provided by the customer

  • The service has already been successfully delivered

Refund Process

To request a refund, contact us at info@quickprinterhelp.com within 7 days of service purchase. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
